Film Club
The Longworth Film Club meets on the first Friday of each month, from September to June (with the exception of January), in the Longworth Village Hall, where a variety of films will be shown, from classics to the latest blockbusters.
The bar opens at 7.00pm for a bit of a social get-together followed by the film at 7.30pm. There is a break half way through the film for refreshment and the film usually finishes around 9.30-10pm. We serve wine, soft drinks, popcorn and snacks at the bar.
The cost of this fun event is £6.00, which helps to cover the cost of the licence to show the film and any profits go to the Village Hall. We know the chairs are not as comfortable as a normal cinema, so please feel free to bring a cushion and make yourself comfy!
